At BRANDT AND WHITNEY it is our goal to achieve 100% customer satisfaction with all our work. We like to believe that we set the standards for quality in our region. Our guarantees and warranties are very simple and straight forward. Unless other wise specified we guarantee that you will be satisfied with the work we have done for you, regardless of what that work was. We do typically require a deposit on all labor orders over one hundred dollars. When we have completed the order we contact our client to come in and perform a final inspection. This policy allows us to insure you are completely and 100% satisfied with the work you contracted with us. At the time of the final inspection, and only when everything on the order is performed to your complete 100% satisfaction, we collect the balance of the order and schedule delivery, if requested. Then your warranty goes home with you for a full year. You are covered from defects related to the workmanship we perform and materials for a 12 month period.
We have built our reputation on being fair and honorable in all our dealings. It is our sincerest desire for you to be so pleased with our work that you tell your friends, relatives and associates about the high level of satisfaction with the quality of our craftsmanship. That is why most all of our work comes with a one year warranty from labor related defects.
