Is our best selling seat cushion foam. The "Q" stands for Qualux and it is a hybrid of a "HR" , High Resiliency foam. Each one of the millions of cells in the foam cushion are double coated for a long life and maximum comfort. Among the many wide and varied uses of this polyurethane foam, including but not limited to upholstery cushions, bed toppers camper cushions, sofa sleeper mattresses, sofa seat cushions, dining chair seat padding and window cushions. Not only does a polyurethane foam offer an excellent option for those looking for both functionality and quality, it can be easily cut to fit into awkward spaces such as those found in an RV, camper cushions, sofa cushions or boat upholstery cushions. Thankfully, there are also a number of density and quality variations that make it possible to make cushions or mattresses that are customizable.
Brandt and Whitney offers several variations of q polyurethane foams, including the ability to build and  which offers two polyurethane layers: a top layer of soft Q11 foam which conforms to the contours of the body and a base layer of medium, firm or extra-firm Q26, Q35 or Q11 foam. Polyurethane foam mattress from Qualux Foam engineered by Carpenter Foam, . Qualux is the top-performing foam we supply and is recommended for situations in which both a long life and comfort are needed.
