Attention: Bill Brandt and Dan Whitey
Dear Mr. Brandt & Mr. Whitney:
We would like to take this opportunity to express our deepest appreciation to you and your staff for the wonderful work you performed on our furniture. You have restored the original elegance to these pieces, and hence, brought that elegance into our home.
Before we met with Mr. Brandt to give us an estimate, we offered two other companies the same opportunity. The first only did re-upholstery work and would contract out the wood refurbishing. We felt if should be done by the same people, start to finish, to add continuity of commitment. The same second company was so far out of line with fabric estimates, use of existing springs and so on from the first company and our own common sense, that we felt uncomfortable with their Proffesional integrity.
When Bill came to our home one evening,(and might I add it was at our convenience), he took three hours to thoroughly inspect our pieces and described the process required to restore them to, and exceed in the case their natural beauty and elegance. His knowledge and experience excelled in comparison to the other companies we were considering. To say the least Brandt's experience in fabric, color and aesthetics were invaluable in assisting us with our final choices.
Being self proclaimed "homebodies", we are able to admire your painstaking work and attention to detail for hours on end. Every guest in our home, and we do mean ever guest, stops and gazes upon the furniture with such awe and reverence; we've even been asked, "from what museum did you purchase these pieces?" Even our cat, Stanley, hasn't tried to sharpen his claws on them, but to the contrary, perches upon the seats in a very regal manner and so he should as we certainly do.
Again we thank you with our unending gratitude and appreciation
Very truly yours
Diane and Jeff Marlowe.
